Which delivery options do I have?
Depending on where you live you can choose between different delivery options. Current delivery options are delivery through Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class for £3.69. If your order value is above £50, your delivery is free.
How do return and refunds work?
You have the option to return your candle within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please use the "Contact Us" form at the end of the page and state the reason why you are unhappy with the product. This is not applicable for personalised candles.

Can I get my candles personalised?
Yes, a personalisation of the candle is possible. Please contact us through the "Contact Us" section of the website and make a request. Our friendly team will help you to get the perfect candle for your needs.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
After the purchase you can amend or cancel your order within 2 days. Please note that it is not possible to amend or cancel your order once your order has been sent.

Please note that no candle should be left unattended. Candles are no toys and should be handled with care. The products are not suitable for children of all ages.
